RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:
Any of our product with a quality defect only, can be returned to us within 10 days of purchase. Refund amount will be credited to your account within 15 days of confirmation of the product defect as governed by our Refund Policy.
How to claim REFUND:
Intimate us within 10 days of purchase, by e-mail to email@example.com about the defect in our product supported by images, description and your purchase order number.
On evaluation of the above communication, we will revert to you with our authorization of the return.
Ensure that the returned product and accessories along with the packaging are all in original condition and are not used in any way.
On receipt of the goods and subject to reconfirmation of the defect, refund / replacement action will be initiated. Refund amount will be credited to source of payment or in form of credit points, so that you can reorder the same or any other product from our website.
RETURN OF WRONGLY SUPPLIED PRODUCT:
Any of our product, in-correctly delivered against your order, can be returned to us within 3 days of receipt of the same.
EXCHANGE FOR ANY REASON:
The company does not offer any exchange of our products, except for defective or tempered packaging.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER:
We have an easy cancellation policy. Any order can be cancelled before the goods are dispatched, which is normally on the same day. Once the product is dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. Please note that the entire order will have to be cancelled. It will not be possible to cancel part order.
Once the order cancellation is confirmed by us, we will arrange to refund the full order amount.
RETURN OF PURCHASED PRODUCT FOR ANY REASON:
The company does not offer any return option for the purchased product for any reason what so ever. This is strictly in view of the hygiene, safety and sensitive nature of all of our products. However, in case of a genuine exchange need, please intimate us by e-mail to email@example.com and we will consider the same on the merit of the individual case. The company’s decision in this regard will be final.
PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION:
