how to make chapati ?

The atta is very rough and after makaing dough, I couldn't make chapati, it crumbles...
How to make chapati?

Dear Mr. Suder Ganeshan,

Thank you for reaching out to us!

Working with a blend of grains like bajra, jowar, amaranth and arrowroot etc. in your atta introduces a delightful but unique texture. Due to the coarser nature of these ingredients, achieving soft and fluffy rotis requires a specialized approach.

Begin by using hot water (not luke warm) to bind the flour. This step activates the starches and fosters a smoother consistency. After forming the dough, allow it to rest for a generous 15-20 minutes. This crucial step allows for optimal hydration, resulting in rotis that are both softer and easier on digestion.

By embracing this method, you'll experience a remarkable transformation in the texture and digestibility of your rotis, celebrating the distinct qualities of our atta blend.

Thanks
