how to make chapati ?

The atta is very rough and after makaing dough, I couldn't make chapati, it crumbles...

Begin by using hot water (not luke warm) to bind the flour. This step activates the starches and fosters a smoother consistency. After forming the dough, allow it to rest for a generous 15-20 minutes. This crucial step allows for optimal hydration, resulting in rotis that are both softer and easier on digestion.
