Ragi Dosa
Ingredients:
1 cup ragi flour
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 tsp salt
Water as required
Oil for cooking
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ragi flour, rice flour, and salt.
Gradually add water to the mixture and stir until a thin batter is formed.
Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.
Using a ladle, pour a thin layer of batter onto the pan and spread it evenly to form a crepe.
Drizzle some oil around the edges of the dosa and cook until the bottom is golden brown.
Flip the dosa and cook the other side for a minute or until fully cooked.
Serve hot with chutney or any accompaniment of your choice.
